Supporting Service And
Leadership…

The Multiple District 19 Lions Foundation provides grants, loans or financial assistance to people or groups for projects related to:

  1. Scientific, educational or charitable leadership development, or
  2. The development and implementation of a public relations outreach that promotes positive community involvement and leadership skill development by service–minded individuals and encourages those with leadership abilities to achieve continued personal growth by accepting challenges and opportunities in community service locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally

The MD19 Lions Foundation also awards:

  1. Tuition grants to attend the Northwest Lions Leadership Institute, and
  2. $50000 Service Project Grants to Lions Clubs for service projects chaired by Northwest Lions Leadership Institute graduates from the most recently held Institute.

The Foundation's Board of Directors generally meets to consider grant applications three times a year. Grant applications received on or before the Tuesday immediately preceding a meeting will be submitted to the Board.
